Wes has an extensive 25-year history in the real estate business. With a history in the restoration of aging multi-family assets, along with the development of new multi-family and single-family assets, Wesscorp Investments was poised to succeed. The development of Wesscorp Investments was created to continue an interest in the development, construction, and ownership of a diverse real estate portfolio. Today, Wes is involved in the development of new real estate projects with a hands-on approach from site selection, along with the construction of the final asset. Wes has a BS degree from the University of Memphis.

Phil is responsible for managing WessCorp's financing needs, acquisitions / dispositions. Mr. Noonan has over 25 years' experience in various disciplines of the real estate industry including senior managerial positions within the multifamily, construction and real estate agency segments. Phil is Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.

Laura is responsible for the day to day operations of WessCorp's accounting, IT, and human resource functions. Laura has an extensive background in enterprise based systems. Laura attended the University of Memphis majoring in Applied Mathematics.
